Our exercise routine now is to go for a early evening swim at Oase with some friends. After a day at work it's a great way to unwind especially since its so hot and humid in Suriname. In the evening it is really pleasant to sit around and talk enjoying the cooler temps before swimming. Monique does 40 laps now while I can only dream of doing half that. After swimming we usually gather at the cafe and have something to eat. Of course my favorite is the "Saoto soup" with a ice cold Parbo.
